Pumpkin Patch

We took a day trip up to a city by Richfield to a pumpkin patch based on a friend's recommendation. It wasn't our favorite pumpkin patch, but there aren't really any around here close that are good so we decided to try it out. It was hard to find, and a little frustrating, but we had a nice time once we got there. There wasn't a ton to do there but the pumpkins were super cheap, and they had a free kiddie train ride that the boys loved. We got a bunch of pumpkins for our porch. Afterwards we got some food and ice cream and headed home.
Train Ride!

13 Days of Halloween

I almost wondered how much of this tradition I'd do this year, but Ollie has proven that it's just as important to him like it is to Gabe. So I do a lot of stuff with the boys in the day and then some other stuff when Gabe gets home. It's fun. I haven't taken as many pics and I normally do, but here are some from our first week.
Here's the preview of Milo's costume. He is a dog and wouldn't go near his costume for a while. Now he wants it all the time.

Soccer Mom

Gabe has her last soccer game this Saturday but her last practice was tonight where they took somewhat of a team pic. I really am grateful for her first go round playing that she had the coach that she did. She was great and kinda the ideal coach in our eyes. She coaches a lot so Gabe could potentially get her again someday, but we'll see. I'm just grateful she didn't get this other guy who screams these mean negative things at all his players.

Anyway, Adam and I have both enjoyed watching her and seeing how far she's come. She was so new and so timid, and she's gotten a lot feistier, which she needs. Even Gabe's coach today said, "She's become so much more Fierce, I'm proud of her."

Gabe loves soccer. The only other thing I've seen her love that much is dance. She is so much smaller  than the other girls, she really has her work cut out for her, but she does awesome. She claims she wants to keep doing it. So we'll let her keep playing it as long as she wants to.

I've taken a bunch of pics from games and practices, so here are some of our girl in action.
A practice with this balloon game for some fun at their last practice.
This girl is the coach's daughter and not our favorite person. She either is super nice to Gabe or treats her like she's three cause she's so much smaller. But Gabe takes her on anyway.

Her biggest fans. The boys used to not love going, but now they ask when she has a next game. I love these pictures. Ollie kept trying to get Milo to look at the camera. He wasn't too successful, and I was amused.
Until this one, and it was sweet. Love hanging with these two at all her things. They love to cheer her on. Milo can be heard yelling, "Go Gee go Gee!"
