Happy Halloween!

Our Halloween was busy in a good way. We got some pics with her good buddy Briana.
We thought for sure there would be a million Elsas in her class. She was the only one. There were some other ones, but not as many as we thought. Her wig was kinda obnoxious. It fit kinda, but it was the only one we could find. It moved around a lot. Oh well she wanted it. She loved being her for Halloween. I got to go help in her class party. I was in the Chinese class room, and I could only speak Chinese. So I had to be coached quickly on some Chinese phrases to say to the kids. Now I won't ever forget how you say bowling and they get to throw two balls. :) (I did candy corn bowling)
We watched her school parade, it was was fun to see.
Her and Afton
Our boys as a fireman and his fire dog. Milo took some coaching over the weeks to convince him to want to wear his costume but we did it. The last few minutes before we had to go we got him into his costume and his nose painted.
Our ward chili cook off and trunk or treat.
We aren't very creative with costumes. We always resort back to a Halloween classic. Mainly cause that's what we have on hand. One of these years we will start buying some with the kids, but for now we will be this.
After the trunk or treat we went around our neighborhood. We got quite the haul. The kids were even more excited to come home and open the door for Trick or Treaters.

Hangin with Aunt Michele

Aunt Michele comes down every year for the band's tournament at Dixie. We love to see as much of her as we can get. We didn't get to see any of the competition this year, cause they were all late. We did get to go to dinner with Michele and Ruth, and hang with them some.
We were supposed to go trick or treat around her hotel to the band members doors, but Milo was nuts, and we forgotten half our stuff, so we bailed to give him a nap. We made sure we went to say goodbye at the temple when they left.

Around the House

This post did these in a random order, but that's fine. We went to a neighbor's ninja turtle party. It was fun.
Giving blood! This time is made me sick, wasn't used to that.
Gabe had Red Ribbon week. This was her career choice. She wants to be an artist when she grows up.
Ollie's Halloween Day at school. We were asked to take Embry to school too, so we got some pics with his buddies.
Miss Lorilee, their teacher.
Working out with Mommy
Another Red Ribbon day to live and be healthy to grow old. They were supposed to dress as old people. There were some fun stuff that day.
Poor sick Ollie with his puke pot as we had to take Gabe to school. He missed the primary program. He wasn't too upset about it, although we had him ready for it. Gabe did her part well.
When we do Gabe's hair in the morning, Milo tucks himself in here to watch her play her phone.

Carving Pumpkins!

Carving Pumpkins! We usually have the kids choose something they are into at the time to carve our pumpkins into. They are starting to get old enough to want to do most of it themselves, so next year we'll so more simplified faces probably. But this year we still chose some cool stuff. Gabe chose Olaf, Ollie a fireman shield, and Milo Curious George.
Ollie was still sick but was feeling pretty good and wanted to join the fun.
