Around the House

The kids have always been into artsy stuff, so we tried some puffy paint we had. I'm always tying to some up with new stuff they'll love. Yeah, not sure we'll be doing those again any time soon. I couldn't get the paint off anything. AH!

I'm not usually one of those moms that lets their kids run around in a diaper or not dressed. Milo has seemed to by my exception. No matter what bibs he has or how I try and prevent spills, he gets covered in food every time he eats. He has just stained and ruined so many clothes!!! More than my other kids did. It's kinda a lost cause. I end up stripping him down before or after eating, so he ends up in a onesie a lot. A stained one too. So sorry they are kinda random pics, but he's cute. And it's hot here, so it's kinda nice. 

We decided that Ollie's eyes are too big and round to pull off the robot look of iron man. :) Gabe was wonder woman.

We went to the back yard to cloud watch. Gabe's idea, and a fun one.

This is Gabes buddy Briana. She was in preschool with Gabe. She is kinda the ideal friend for Gabe. They have a lot of the same traits and temperaments, so they get along great. (Better than any other of her friends) They've played some this summer. Her mom made sure they were in the same ballet/tumbling classes so they can hang out more. The chances they'll be in the same school class are pretty slim so we're glad they can still see each other some way. 

Ollie is the best helper. Every kid likes to help and every kid goes through phases, but we really think it'll always be in Ollie's nature to want to help clean and be a worker. He just loved to help. If you tell him no thanks, he insists or helps clean something else. He's helping me fold laundry here.
