Around the House

Spending some time at the Kid's Museum one weekend. We haven't been in a while and we really should go more. Our kids love it and it's such a cute fun place.
They have a fun Frozen room where you can take a picture, and sled down a pretend hill of snow, and build a felt snow man. Gabe was thrilled.
Afterwards we swung by the carousel, cause it's right there by it.
Gabe and her obsession with kids youtube, likes to watch kids try the bean boozle challenge. Basically you try gross jelly belly flavors like skunk, puke, and dirty socks and see if you can survive. Lots of fun. Ha! She was so excited we got her a box to try.
Girls night while the boys were at the Father and Sons ward camp out. They didn't actually camp cause of Adam's shoulder, but they did hang out for a while and have dinner.

There's a new desert gardens that St George did. So we took the kids to walk around for a bit.
Milo is done with naps but still occasionally falls asleep in the car when he's super sleepy. This day he fell asleep, and I tried to wake him up from his bed after we laid him in it to sleep a while. Then I tried to lay him on the couch to lay him down, and he wouldn't wake. So I moved him in by me on the floor and trying rolling him and moving him, and tickling him. So when he does get his nap, he definitely needs it.
This is a random picture I stocked off FB. It's from Gabe's field trip one of the last weeks on school. They went and hiked Zions. I haven't done the field trip thing with her yet, but I'd love to one day. She had a lot of fun and this was some of her class with Mrs Christensen her Chinese teacher.
Fun pics from swim lessons. We are trying this friend in our ward this year. Ollie hasn't taken any yet, cause our old place we went to didn't take them until they were four. This new house takes them from three and up as soon as they are potty trained. So that means the boys are in the same class together. Milo loves the water, so we thought for sure he'd be our fish, but he also hates liquid in his ears (thanks ear infections) and freaks out with certain things. It's ok he's getting there. But on the flip side we thought Ollie would freak out and hate it, and he loves it and does everything so well. Including putting his face in the water. Our Ollie boy has turned a new leaf with a lot of things. We convinced him that when trying new things it's ok to be scared and nervous, but he doesn't need to freak out and throw a screaming crying fit. So far he's done swim lessons, a tumbling class, and a few other things being brave and ready to go. He's awesome. Gabe has taken to the water like a fish, which is super refreshing. She has never been fond of swimming. But now she LOVES it. So far swim lessons are going great. :)
We spend our Wednesdays having water days outside for a lot of the day. It's nice and we look forward to it.
Gabe loves these glasses, so they're what we're getting. Honestly I think she looked cute in every pair she tried on. I let her choose what she felt confident in, these are them.
