Lake Powell Day 2

When you get up early to wake board you get the best water. So having our kids be early risers worked out well for us. Neither of us have wake boarded since the last time we went with Gabe like four years ago. So it was fun to get out there and do what we love.
Our kids LOVED the boat. Gabe was so funny, she was impressed and loved everything with the boat, with wake boarding, with Lake Powell. She just told us that she loved it there.
Milo did not love his life jacket and usually was fussy when he had to have it on, but when we started driving he'd fall asleep or calm down.
Ollie fell asleep everywhere
Gabe was begging Grandpa and everyone to ride the water weenie or "banana" as she would call it. She loved it. Ollie didn't want on it. When we convinced him to sit on it, he wanted off.
Posing with Grandma in the rock cave....
...meanwhile Daddy did some posing of his own.
We had a few quick rainstorms, which actually was nice to cool things down. So we would hang out in the tents and trailers to play games.

Playing in the sand was always a good time. We decided to make the girls into mermaids, and Ty in a bear. I was going to attempt to make Ollie look like he was riding a turtle, but he didn't have the patience to sit that long.
Aunt Heidi did the awesome designs on the fins.
We went into town to eat some Pizza
When we came back to camp we made a fire and made some smores.
