So Many Questions
So now that Gabe had learned she can sit up in her crib, she does it as soon as I lay her down. I'm not sure if she knows how to get back down. So she starts crying. So do you go in and lay her down over and over, to emphasize your point of nap time. Or do you let them figure it out on their own and cry? I know when she is playing on the floor she'll go back and forth from sitting to laying. So does she really know how to get back down or not? She is already pulling her self up on stuff to stand so I'm sure it's not long before she starts that one in her crib too. It still throws me off going to get her from her nap and seeing her sitting waiting for me. I had Adam go get her this morning so he could see how weird it is. It threw him off too. She is getting to big too fast, where did my baby go? :(

They do grow too fast! It is so crazy when they start doing something new, I totally understand it blows you away, but in a good way!!
Oh, it's so cute when they're sitting up waiting for you. She is getting big. She'll be running around in no time. (Don't be sad, you'll love it.)
She is getting so big so fast!!! I am so sad that we are missing it!!!
Yep, I'm sure she can get herself back to laying down--worst case she just kind of falls onto her mattress and then proceeds to go to sleep. Wait till she stands at the side of the crib waiting for you to fetch her! That's the new ont at our house--standing there after her nap and calling "Mom! Da! Paa! Mom!" until we get on in
there and get her up.
I think you just do what you've always done with her in regards to sleep. Whatever position she gets herself into, she'll figure out how to get out of it and go to sleep. My policy is always that if there's a piercing, pain cry I go in and check it out and generally lay Kennedy back down, give her back the binky, etc. But if she's just talking and singing and moving around, I just let her find her way to sleep.
