So the last couple days we've been dumped on by rain. It was kinda refreshing, cause we don't get a lot of rain. Then last night we got a severe winter storm warning for our area. We were going to get dumped on by snow. I was paranoid about Adam doing his paper route. Well all turned out okay, cause we really didn't get a whole lot of anything. I was excited to see Gabe's reaction to the snow being older since the last time she got to play in it. I woke up planning to play in it. In the morning though I was hoping it wouldn't melt by the time she woke from her first nap. The front yard is in the shade most of the day, so we had some snow left. Not much. Gabrielle wasn't too thrilled about sitting, touching, or even looking at the bright snow. She did like to eat it. She got to make her first snow angel too. She did okay laying in it, cause I was standing right above her moving her arms and legs. She thought it was funny. Now my child is a light weight, so she didn't make much of an impression in the little snow that we got. I tried. By the time I got my camera to take a picture, Greta had run throughout it. So here is her picture of her first "snow angel" if you can make it out:

I hope we get missed too. The wind has been howling today but it's been warm until tonight. The is one crazy pile of snow on that van!
Loved the snow angel. I didn't even think about doing that with Sarah Grace, I'm telling you, my brain never works when I need it too! I'm glad Gabe at least enjoyed the taste of the snow, I got a few good bites in myself with our last storm. I kept thinking some tiger's blood flavoring would be great right now!
How do you fix the broccoli for her?
Steamed on the oven, the best way to eat it.
What a doll! It makes me want to go outside after the next snow day and force Sicily to do a snow angel. Cute!
I hate snow :)
But Gabe makes a pretty cute snow angel!!
How fun - she is such a doll. By the way - I Love the sweatshirt (go "Y").
Hey Mandy, I was reading through some blogs, when I came across yours and the picture with Gabe wearing Ute colors but wearing a BYU sweater, Whats up with that? I do have to say she looks much cuter in the color red, j/k, she is cute in both but I know that sweater is probably from her grandpa, with you and Adam being Ute fans and all.
