We spent Monday hiking with the kids. The elementary school they will most likely go to is called Three Falls, named after these waterfalls that are on a hike close by. We couldn't hike all the way to them with the kids, cause it was a little too intense, but the canyon we hiked was amazingly cool. Included with lots of rocks to jump off and throw and a tunnel to climb through.
We also brought food to have a picnic when we hiked up a ways. We were lecturing the kids on picking up their trash on the way out, and why it was important. Gabe pointed out there was a lot of trash that people hadn't picked up and that we should pick it up. We agreed and decided that we would try to pick up as much trash on the way out that we could. Love that our kids help us remember to do good things. Think we might need to make it our hike tradition. Good day with the fam.
