It looks like he wanted the cake, but really he just wanted the candle.
We really thought he'd dig right in, but he didn't. He didn't quiet know what to think. He HATED his hands dirty. HATED it. He ate some, but not as much as the pictures made him look like he did. He kept sampling it, but kept getting frustrated at his hands being so messy. He was a little confused by it all, but still happy enough to keep us entertained.
He kept trying to feed some to Daddy.
He played in it quite a bit.
He was kinda over it, but it was still fun to watch.
Gabe on the other hand, loved her cupcake.
He did however eat enough, that he was up all night with a stomach ache. That and a tooth breaking through. Lots of fun.

that cake is so adorable! well done ladies! how fun for ollie's day. i love gabe's surprise. she's cute. looks like he had a fantastic day.
