Yesterday I had a dentist appointment. I HATE the dentist, cause I have crappy teeth. (I pray all our kids get Adam's awesome teeth) Anyway, they have the same tech clean your teeth each check up so you can build a relationship with them. I love/hate mine. I love how well she takes care of my teeth. I hate her comments and opinions about everything else. She was the one that when I was first pregnant went off on me being pregnant (she thought I was 19) and how hard motherhood was and how I didn't know what I was doing. This is why I don't love her. Anyway, while pregnant I did what she asked, and flossed really well. Now however, I'm lucky if I get a shower and even remember to brush my teeth in the morning. Gross I know, sorry that's life right now. This I told her. So she says, "You tell that husband of yours that when he gets home he can take the kids for five minutes while you have "me" time." (She automatically assumed Adam was this dead beat dad who never helps) She then continues," and you go into the bathroom for "me" time and floss your teeth." ....................MMMM K people. I am supportive of flossing, and love to do it. I am not supportive of spending any "me" time I get, doing it. Ha. I thought it was funny When I do get two seconds to myself, my first thought isn't about flossing my teeth. Maybe it should be, then I'd have fewer dental bills huh?
When I got home from my early morning appointment before Adam's work time, he had been feeding Ollie a bottle. He told me that he had Gabe go get her baby to feed her too. (So they could both be feeding babies) She went and got her, sat on the couch, lifted up her shirt, and attempted to feed the baby with her belly button. When hearing this story I laughed my head off for three reasons, ONE-She's innocent enough to use her bellybutton, TWO- I thought I'd be having the conversation with her as to why we don't breast feed our baby dolls. NOPE, it fell upon Adam. (reason THREE) He did a good job explaining she can do that when she is a Mommy and has real babies. She was fine with that and got her baby a bottle. Good job babe.
It turned out to be a very amusing morning in my opinion.

How annoying!! Ya thats when people need to keep their mouths shut! Assuming they know everything and anything about someones life. But what can you do there are people out there like that unfortunetely. Well Too cute that Gabe tried to feed her baby with her belly button. Cierra tried to do that with one of her baby dolls after I had Laiya but she went higher up!! Still was laughing my head off at it though. Way to go Adam for explaining!! lol
That Dental Hygenist can just stick it.
And props to Adam for handling the feeding situation. I wonder what Steve would have done in that situation. Too cute. At least she knows that breast feeding is best!
You gotta love people who don't think before they talk! I love that Gabe tried to feed her baby with her bellybutton. So funny! Great job explaining Adam! Just wait until she starts to notice how Ollie has different parts than her. ha.
