Happy Father's Day

One of my favorite qualities about Adam, is how amazing of a dad he is. I know every wife says that, especially for a Father's day post, but mine is legit. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He is Gabe's favorite buddy, and the funnest person Ollie knows. He works so hard to support us, and loves us, even when he comes home to the craziness. He doesn't sit on the sidelines, he jumps in to help me with every thing. I love you for it Ad. Gabe still has a hard time letting him go to work in the mornings, and asks all day long how much longer until he is home. She makes him give her a million hugs and kisses before she'll let him leave. She was so excited to make him pictures, she made them all week. I think he ended up with four. She helped me make him breakfast and we tried to make sure he was spoiled all day. Gabe even helped him eat the cake he got from church on the way home. She told me that Daddy loves her, so he would share with her. He sure did. Gabe had so much fun spoiling Daddy, she has told me all week as she colors she is making him picture for Father's Day, even though it's over. She told us all that day, she wishes it was HER Father's day. She thought it was like a birthday that everyone gets. :) We explained she'll get a Mother's day, and she was happy. We wanted to go on a hike, but ended up on a walk around the Marina after our yummy dinner. Plus it was a nice excuse to walk it one last time.

Gabe helped me make a card for him. She told me what to write. We wrote all the things we love about our Daddy. She loves that he works so she can eat food, she loves that he takes her treasure hunting and to sparkly rivers, she loves that he plays with her, and that he makes her so happy. (there was a big list, those are the ones I can remember) Dada is one of Ollie's favorite things to say, can't say I blame him.
