13 Days of Halloween: Owl/Mummy Day

We did some catching up last night at the new place on our 13 days. It was kinda quick, and we didn't get to do all of it, cause it was combined and we left half our stuff at the "Moldy House", as Gabe calls it. We made do, and it was a nice break from packing and unpacking.
Ollie wasn't feeling well so he wasn't too thrilled with any of it, but still wanted to do it all. Silly boy.

We were supposed to make owl faces with some oreos, but some of our stuff wasn't there. So we settled for owl eyes, and just eating yummy cookies in milk.

Ollie couldn't quite figure out how to take a picture with his eyes. He tried though.

Dipping oreos in milk with a fork really is the greatest thing ever. Thanks to our daddy for showing us this recently.

Milo was pretty happy, until bed time when we had to break for me to put him to bed.

We did and owl "O" page, and and owl painting page. The hand prints were supposed to make the wings look like feathers. I thought we did pretty good. Ollie did like this despite his grumpy face. He was mad I didn't wash his hand yet, and took a picture instead.

Gabe loved being wrapped up like a mummy to read our new mummy book. Ollie wanted to be too, until I got to his tummy, then he freaked out and wanted it off.

He was happy once it was off though. Cute kid. We then had to break again for me to put Ollie to bed who didn't have a nap and was sick. You can imagine how fun that was. Then Gabe and I read a book about Owls together, and the mummy book one more time, cause she liked it, before she headed to bed.
